What is Project Oriented Training?
For the duration of the course, trainer & students build one or more projects together. Each project is a solution to either a fictitious or real issue, and introduces the students to the tools they require in their everyday work.

In our 10+ years of experience project oriented training has proven to be far more effective than the classical training approach, which sees a trainer lecturing a certain subject.

Why is Project Oriented Training so effective?
1. Students tackle a problem similar to the problems they will be facing after the course, and not simplistic samples as seen in most courses.

2. You tend to remember things better, after you have tried to apply them. In a typical course you get to listen a lot, but not get the chance to do a lot.

3. When students return to work after the course, they will not be tackling their issues for the first time. Their extra knowledge and experience allows them to handle their daily workload much faster than someone trying his newly gained knowledge for the first time.

4. The project work gives the students a sense of accomplishment and allows them to witness the typical problems that emerge with each project

5. Each project is custom developed according to the students' needs.

6. Students can carry on developing the project after the course for as long as they see necessary.
